Destroy All Humans and its sequel, Destroy All Humans 2, were some of the highlights of the PlayStation 2 and Xbox generation of consoles. The wonderfully witty and unique games were such a hit that even 17 years after the first one was released, people are still hoping for a third game to fill out the trilogy. Although rumors of a third game have been heating up in recent years, there’s still no concrete evidence to suggest one is definitely being made. Spike Chunsoft And Chime Corporation shared a new summary trailer for Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darknesswhich shows us an overview of the game that includes the basics of exploration and combat.

Bafflingly, a live-action Pac-Man movie is reportedly in the works

In news no one saw coming, HR reported that a live-action Pac-Man movie is in the works. Yes, you read that right. The film is in collaboration between Bandai Namco Entertainment and production company Wayfarer Studios. Wayfarer Studios is a small independent studio that has worked on smaller films like the drama Five Feet Apart. The live-action Pac-Man movie will come off the heels of the Detective Pikachu motion picture and the two Sonic the Hedgehog films. The Sonic live-action films proved to be a hit, potentially ushering in a new era of video game-based films starting with Pac-Man.

The King of Fighters XV DLC characters Orochi Yashiro, Orochi Shermie, and Orochi Chris launch August 8; cross-play coming in 2023
The King of Fighters XV downloadable content characters Orochi Yashiro, Orochi Shermie, and Orochi Chris—Team Awakened Orochi—will launch on August 8, developer SNK announced. Additionally, SNK announced that it is working on adding cross-platform play between all platforms to The King of Fighters XV, with the update planned to launch sometime in 2023. Currently, cross-platform play is only available between PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.The King of Fighters XV is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.

I have played through 2013’s The Last of Us (TLOU) on the PlayStation 3 (PS3) literally dozens of times, and I adored 2020’s The Last of Us Part II.
